Janet Jay, CEO

Meet Janet Jay, the visionary founder and CEO of Access Jay, a groundbreaking platform revolutionizing accessibility for disabled individuals. Drawing from her own experiences living with chronic pain, invisible illnesses, and mental health challenges, Janet has channeled her passion into building a comprehensive solution that empowers both individuals and businesses.

Janet founded Access Jay to provide a holistic solution that addresses the key challenges faced by the disability community. As a person who has navigated the world of disability since she was 14 despite “looking normal,” Janet deeply understands the challenges faced by those with accessibility needs not addressed by the ADA (Americans with Disabiltiies Act). Despite her pain and lack of answers she refused to let her disabilities define her, becoming an internationally published journalist, editor and photographer. She currently writes and edits the national INvisible Project magazine for the U.S. Pain Foundation and also has her own website about life with chronic pain and mental health challenges.
